HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGIE!

Today is Angie's 25th Birthday! Whoa! My little sister is growing up! hehehe She's getting so old! Her best birthday present is that she's graduating BOLC in FT Benning today! So, Happy Birthday and Happy Graduation!!!!

I know you're going to complain about these pictures, because maybe you don't love them all, but too bad. We're taking a look at Angie over the years. :-) (seriously, if there's some picture you really want taken down, I'll do it, but I won't be happy about it.) LOL

I think she's too gorgeous for words!
Yay! that was fun (for me)! Happy birthday Angie. wish I could be there to celebrate with you. I'd give you a birthday cake with everything spelled wrong and letters missing.
Love you!

Joey's week

He can now sit up by himself from a laying position! he isn't crawling yet, but he seems more intrested in walking. He can get up on all fours without his knees touching the ground! He loves saying Da-Da still. He's sleeping much better at night than he has in a long time!
Here are some videos:

Joey pulls himself up!

Joey has started pulling himself up!!!! All by himself. I put him in one of those plastic containers, turned around to get the camera because he looked so cute sitting inside it, when I turned back around he was standing! (So technically, I missed the first time he stood on his own, so Earl can't be too jealous.) Earl was at work. We were at Grandma's trying to help her pack. I know some of you with dialup internet can't see these videos, but trust me, its too cute! He's a pro now! He's not crawling yet, he's more into scooting and flip-flopping to go places. And he always wants to be standing, or held up, or near something he can pull up on.

Our busy family!

This is my new vehicle! A 2002 Dodge Durango. love it! I was looking for a black vehicle, but I fell in love with this shade of blue and we got a great deal on it! Its a V-8, a little more power than I'm used to, but I'm enjoying it! I'm not the only one that went car shopping. My PawPaw got him a car, my dad got a Dodge ram truck, and Uncle Richard got something too! It was a busy time for us car shoppers!

This was delivered to my door today from 1-800-flowers. It's a giant fortune cookie ( i LOVE fortune cookies) and the fortune inside was a sweet note from Earl. :-)

Joey is eating solids 3 times a day now (when he cooperates). He LOVES bananas, peaches, prunes, vanilla custard, and the 'desert medley'. he accepts applesauce and apricots and apples with cherries. he hates all the veggies: peas, corn with sweet potatoes, garden veggies, green beans, etc.

This is Joey playing at Grandma's! We are very very very very very sad that she is moving away from us and going back to Asheville. We will miss her so much! She was so helpful. I'm not sure what we would have done the past 6 months of Joey's life without her! She took care of Earl's family for him while he was gone. We thank you, Mom! Love you!

Joey in his crib. Playing and sleeping.

He got a box of gifts from his Granny and Pawpaw Ingle, and Kalyn. He loved it. He especially loved pullng the toys out himself!

Joey loves his dogs!

Guess what?! Our boy is about to crawl!!! He tries to get into position, but isn't quite got it all figured out yet. Who knows, by the time you read this, he may have gotten the hang of it. It will be any moment now!

He loves reading the paper. :-)
Here is a 2 min. video of him in action:

And the most exciting news yet......Da-Da. That's right! He started saying Da-Da yesterday!!! Yay!!!! I haven't been able to get that on video yet. But i'm trying.
He's also trying his hardest to pull himself up into a standing position!
Here is a short video of him trying.
