New Stuff and The Aquarium Visit

Earl traded his broken chopper for a Camaro Z28 this weekend. He's pretty excited about it, and about fixing it up. As you can see, Joey approves:

Daddy hands Joey the keys. He knew exactly where to put them.

We also traded our furniture. We sold our couch and loveseat and bought a used sofa and recliner.

The painting on the wall above my sofa was done by my dad! :-)

Joey with his tools and Daddy's tools. Earl's been trying to fix his other motorcycle, because it's been having some problems. Joey was his helper.

Aren't mittens the cruelest invention? Poor guy could barely carry his ball. LOL These mittens don't even have a separate piece for the thumb.

Found Joey fully dressed in the empty bathtub one day. He couldn't wait to play with his bath animals, I guess. He lines them up like that every night during bathtime, too.

We went to the aquarium with our friends, the Yoders. We had a blast. Joey hasn't been since he was 3 months old, before Earl got home from Iraq. He slept that visit, with aunt Darlene and Uncle Mike, and his cousins Wesley Clyde, Collis, Shea, and Justin. This was Earl's first visit. He really enjoyed it.

This is just a quick shot of the waterfall they have at the beginning of the aquarium. It's pretty awesome.

Joey especially loved when he got to walk around and see the tanks on his own (holding Mama or Daddy's hand). It was a crowded day, because it was free admission for the holiday.

This is Earl and Joey beside Michelle and baby Adam, looking at turtles and longnose sharks, whatever they're called. Those big long pointy nosed fish. Anyhow, the kids had a blast!

Joey petted this 'aligator'.

One of my favorite parts is the Sea Otters. They're just awsome and cute and fun to watch.

Joey watching sharks go by at the exhibit made to look like a shipwreck. That tank held over 300,000 gallons of water! Lots of sharks and fish in there!

The Yoders!

In the above picture is a huge turtle (the same one that is in the picture below), not sure if you can see it well.

I loved the Jelly fish too!

Allie and Joey hugging! A moment after I took this picture, Joey saw an opening to escape by taking advantage of the fact that no adult was holding his hand. He took off running as fast as he could, giggling, trying to get away from us and on his own. LOL

That waterfall again.

We all rode in Earl's van (not sure how much longer we'll have it since he has the camaro now).

Baby Adam Allie and Joey watched movies on the 45 min. trip there and back.

Earl and Chris chatted up front and Me and Michelle and Adam sat in the very back.

Don't worry, he didnt ride like this the whole time. This is as we were about to leave. He was konked out on his mommy's lap.

Joey still likes to clean for me ^. That was before his haircut,

This is after. They shut down the kids place we were going to take him to get it cut, so I trimmed it myself last night. He looks better.
He actually said 'cheese' for the picture below. What a cutie!
